Kangaroo is a special kind of mammals called marsupials. Kangaroo has pocket on their front of stomach for to revere the baby until can to fend her himself. A baby kangaroo is called ‘Joey’.
Kangaroo have been tall more than 2 meters and heavy from 40-200 kg. Kangaroo also has strong behind legs. The biggest palm of this feet to design for jumped. Kangaroo usually jump with speed 20-25 miles/hour. Life a hope kangaroo approximately 8 - 10 years old in the wild, and 20 years old in captivity. So that kangaroo can jumped a distance of 30 feet and 10 feet high. This can reach speed of 40 miles/hour with jump.
The native habitats kangaroo be in Australia and listed on the symbol of the country. Can be found in other country, one of them is Indonesia and island of New Guinea because kangaroo spread in the whole world. Species of kangaroo is red kangaroo, Eastern grey kangaroo, and Western grey kangaroo.
Kangaroo life in groups, and a groups kangaroos is called a mob. They do groups for searched food together. That food is grass, nut, berries, or leaves of tree. If you want see a kangaroo, you can see them in South Australia’s Kangaroo Island and Flinders Ranges, the Australian Alps at Pebbly Beach.
